Sam Johansson established the company in 1993. The visions for the company are:
- Develop, improve and introduce new methods suitable for dam safety monitoring including monitoring devices and evaluation tools
- Act as a bridge between Hydropower industry and Researchers both on national and international level, and;
- Provide expert services in dam engineering.
